Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from us, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, but we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, and a valid proof of purchase is required. All exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if your preferred item is unavailable, our team will assist you in selecting a suitable alternative. Please be aware that sale items and certain specialty products may be excluded from exchange unless deemed faulty.
